What You Can Do Online
Complete an application for Unemployment Benefits
File a Weekly Certification to receive a check for benefits
Report that you did not receive a check for benefits
File a protest that your claim determination wages are inaccurate
File an Appeal or view Appeals information
View your benefits and update information concerning your claim
View and update your payment type
Weekly Certification hours of availability:
  • Sunday 8 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central Time
  • Monday - Friday 7 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Central Time
Online Applications hours of availability:
  • Sunday 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Central Time
  • Monday - Friday 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Central Time

1-800-262-8094. See  the  "Guide for Receiving U.I. Benefits" for  TIPS  hours  of  availability.
